All jli7 accounts are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations. Registration by or on behalf of underage persons is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances.
Each individual may hold only one registered jli7 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses or payment methods are used — are prohibited. jli7 reserves the right to close duplicates and suspend balances pending review.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players must submit valid government-issued Philippine ID before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requirements are non-negotiable and apply regardless of the amount requested.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering rollover has been completed. Full bonus terms are published with each individual promotion.

jli7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jli7 ("jli7," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jli7 online gaming platform available at jli7.vip. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the jli7 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms; and (c) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
2.2 These Terms incorporate by reference the jli7 Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and the Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming). By accepting these Terms, you also accept those policies.
2.3 These Terms apply to all games, features, promotions, and services offered through the jli7 Platform, including but not limited to: online slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, and sabong live streaming services.
Notice: These Terms are written in English, which is the controlling language for all purposes. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any gaming activity on jli7. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. jli7 strictly enforces this requirement and employs age verification procedures at registration. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, and all balances will be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jli7 Platform is intended for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3.3 Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated under Philippine law are not eligible to register.
3.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from jli7 or who are subject to a voluntary exclusion order from PAGCOR are not eligible to create a new Account or to access the Platform through any means during the applicable exclusion period.
3.5 Employees. Current employees, consultants, and immediate family members of jli7 or its affiliated companies are prohibited from maintaining active gaming accounts on the Platform.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on jli7. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jli7 reserves the right to close all Accounts held by the same individual and to void all associated bets and balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 Account Ownership. Your jli7 Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise share your Account with any third party. jli7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Contact Details. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact details on your Account. jli7 communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, are sent to your registered email and mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate contact details does not relieve you of obligations or liabilities under these Terms.
Important: jli7 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary Account suspension.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 jli7 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel — including live chat, email, or social media. Any request purportedly from jli7 for your password or OTP is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
5.3 You must notify jli7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. jli7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account use where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
5.4 jli7 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions, device fingerprinting, and login anomaly detection. These technical measures supplement but do not replace your personal responsibility for Account security.
6.1 Accepted Methods. jli7 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven payment counters, USDT, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on jli7 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods.
6.3 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that are from lawful sources. You may not deposit funds on behalf of, or for use by, any third party. Deposits made from payment instruments not registered in your name may be declined or reversed.
6.4 Deposit Limits. jli7 may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account, payment method, or platform level. Players may request additional deposit limits to be applied to their Account as part of the Responsible Gaming program.
6.5 No Interest. jli7 does not pay interest on Player Wallet balances under any circumstances.
6.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in relation to a deposit while retaining associated winnings constitutes fraud. jli7 will suspend the relevant Account, recover amounts owed, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
7.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests require the completion of jli7's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires the submission of: (a) a valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (e.g., passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, UMID); and (b) proof of ownership of the payment method used for withdrawal. Additional documentation may be requested at jli7's discretion.
7.2 Processing Times. Approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
7.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the jli7 cashier section. jli7 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches at its discretion.
7.4 Verification Holds. jli7 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending security review, KYC verification, or anti-money laundering checks. Players will be notified of such holds and advised of required actions.
7.5 Wagering Requirement on Deposits. Cash deposits carry no wagering requirement — only Bonus Funds are subject to rollover conditions. If the Wallet contains mixed Real Money and Bonus Funds, Real Money is typically wagered first as specified in individual bonus terms.
Tip for new players: Complete your KYC verification immediately after registration — not when you first request a withdrawal. Pre-verified accounts receive significantly faster withdrawal processing and avoid delays during peak traffic periods.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by jli7 are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's Terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion Terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that conflict only.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limits will be specified in individual promotion terms.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. jli7 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any Bonus Funds where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, pattern betting designed to minimize wagering risk, use of multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or collusive behaviour with other Players.
8.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, Players may only hold one active Bonus promotion simultaneously. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
8.5 Expiry. All Bonus Funds expire upon the earlier of: (a) the expiry date specified in the applicable promotion terms; or (b) thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit, where no expiry date is specified. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
9.1 General Rules. All bets placed on jli7 are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event on which the bet is placed. Game-specific rules are published within the individual game interfaces and in the jli7 FAQ section.
9.2 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, jli7 reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return stakes to Players' Wallets. jli7 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error.
9.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game and betting market on jli7 is subject to published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may be changed by jli7 without prior notice. bets that exceed published maximums may be reduced to the applicable limit or voided.
9.4 Finality of Results. The results of all games of chance on jli7 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live physical game equipment. Once a game round is completed and the result recorded by jli7's systems, the result is final. Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results from governing bodies or data providers.
9.5 Duplicate Bets. jli7 reserves the right to cancel duplicate bets placed by the same Player on the same outcome within a short timeframe where it appears that the duplication was unintentional or resulted from a technical issue.
10.1 jli7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Full details of jli7's Responsible Gaming program are set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy at /responsible-gaming.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from jli7 at any time by contacting support via live chat. Self-exclusion may be applied for a minimum period of six (6) months or on a permanent basis. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be deactivated and all new registrations from that individual will be declined.
10.3 Deposit and Time Limits. Players may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits or session time limits to their Account through the Responsible Gaming settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
10.4 Age Verification and Underage Play. jli7 applies strict age verification controls at registration and reserves the right to require additional age verification documentation at any time. Any winnings accrued by an Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be forfeited. jli7 may report underage gambling instances to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:
12.1 All intellectual property rights in the jli7 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, trade names, and written content, are owned by or licensed to jli7. These rights are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content; use jli7 trademarks or branding in any context without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.
12.3 Breach of these intellectual property restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293).
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli7's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
13.2 jli7 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated winnings; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform; (d) losses resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services; or (e) losses arising from circumstances beyond jli7's reasonable control, including force majeure events, regulatory actions, or third-party system failures.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits jli7's liability for death or personal injury caused by jli7's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jli7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
14.1 jli7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jli7 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (d) the Account is subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
14.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jli7 support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable processing requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
14.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered dormant. jli7 may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant Accounts, as detailed in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any fees are applied.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact jli7 support in the first instance and allow jli7 a reasonable opportunity (not less than thirty (30) days) to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable to regulated gaming matters.
15.4 Class action or collective proceedings against jli7 are waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
16.1 jli7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change.
16.2 The current version of the Terms will always be accessible at jli7.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
16.3 Your continued use of the jli7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change and any outstanding Real Money balance will be returned to you.

17.2 jli7 will endeavor to acknowledge all written complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. Complex matters, including those requiring regulatory consultation, may take longer.
jli7 maintains records of all player communications and complaints in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and RA 10173. Your communications are handled confidentially and in accordance with the jli7 Privacy Policy.
